How Does It Work?

Pick Your Chain

Select from a variety of chain styles and lengths for bracelets or necklaces, each with its own clasp.

Choose Your Charms

Explore our large charm collection and choose your favorites. Each charm will be securely attached to your chain with a jump ring.

Assemble Your Jewelry

Once you’ve picked out your chain and charms, you can either assemble your piece yourself using the jump rings provided, or have our team assemble it for you.

Customize It Anytime

You can always add, remove, or change your charms in the future by attaching or removing them with the jump rings.

Finalize Your Order

Whether you shop online or visit us in person, your custom piece will be ready for you to wear or shipped directly to you.

We’ll connect through video call or send photos to help you choose from our current selection of chains and charms. Once you’ve made your selections, you have two options:

  1. Assemble with Us Live: Join a virtual call, and we’ll assemble your jewelry together.
  2. DIY at Home: We’ll ship your chosen chain and charms, along with a free assembly kit so you can easily craft your piece at home.
